In many professions, it is very important you wear the proper attire. Many jobs actually have uniforms so everyone employed can have the most efficient clothing to perform their work. This is true, also, for the Flasher.
If you wear more than a trench coat and a pair of tennis shoes, you’re going to end up tripping over your pants, just like Joey D. Vandervort of North Portland, Oregon did. Whether you’re running from your victim or from the police, you’re just going to get tangled up in pants or underwear. Take it from a hound: running fast and jeans around your ankles just don’t work well.
